After adding a wildly luxe Skeleton Gold watch to the traditionally minimalist BR-05 family earlier this year, Bell & Ross is calming its collection back down with the new limited-edition BR-05 Chrono White Hawk.

With a 42 mm polished stainless steel case, this model is slightly larger than the aforementioned 40mm skeletonized bling.

But as Monochrome notes, the biggest update was made to the dial, which is now rendered in a solid silvery-white instead of fractured rose gold or black, as seen as the BR 05-GMT. The hands, hour markers and counters are coated entirely in silver, save for the second hand and 30-minute counter in contrasting red.

Perhaps the most striking element is found on the caseback, where a metal mini-sculpture of the model’s namesake bird peers out.

Negative space shaping the White Hawk logo allows for a look at the BR-CAL.301. automatic movement beneath, while surrounding engravings indicate the water resistance (100 meters) and serial number out of 250.

Two straps are available—a more classic integrated stainless steel bracelet with a triple-folding clasp, or a textured back rubber band with a folding buckle.

Priced at $6,600, the Bell & Ross BR-05 Chrono White Hawk is available to preorder now before shipping begins in mid-December.
