Our Policy

Due to the items being created on demand, we are only able to give exchanges and/or store credits. Refunds are only on a case-by-case basis.

Please note the following exceptions to our Returns & Exchanges policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate an exchange, store credit or return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Simply email us at customersupport@bgcapparelco.com with the following information: 

    • Name
    • Phone Number (with preferred time to call)
    • Email Address
    • Order Number
    • Issue with Order
